Who We Are - Kelly Rasmussen

is a strong believer in empowering students with technology. Kelly attended teachers college at the University of Ottawa in Ottawa, Canada. Since graduation she has taught students in grades 1 - 10 in Canada and New Zealand. Kelly's love for teaching technology skills has greatly influenced her career path and she now works as an education technology consultant.

Working as a consultant has allowed her to consult school boards on the effective integration of essential computer technology skills, design and deliver national and global collaborative technology initiatives, consult private and public organizations on their online technology strategy, develop teacher online professional development resources and coordinate and facilitate student and teacher online learning.

Kelly's clients have included: ePALS Classroom Exchange, the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation, the Ottawa District School Board, Microsoft, Cable in the Classroom and Nortel Networks Kidz Online.
